This was the last collegiate mtb race for many of this years seniors... thankgod it was full of good times and pizza at the big apple. If only we had been able to find Tragedy!
Everyone raced Mens XC-B Erik - 2nd Place - raced in road shoes... didn't finish Anthony - stopped when place did Justin - finished Doug - finished with Justin... they don't know where though Moyer - finished before Justin... The course was muddy, it stopped raining just before the start. A figure 8 course, about 5 miles in length, we raced 3 laps. Lots of climbing but it was broken up unlike platekill and plenty of very wet, slushy decents. Lots of teams showed up, luke from UVM was actually upset Ondik did not come, go figure? We spent the afternoon in Burlington taking in the sites... did not go swimming in Lake Champlain. And the last little bit of news... the kia is in a ditch, go figure? -e!
